酒店很气派，很漂亮，服务很热情，前台办入住也很快，点名teresa，amy，coco声音都好甜美，还有送钥匙扣还主动问我需不需要钥匙扣，爱了爱了早餐也特别好吃😋品种很多，酒店还提前准备了圣诞节的摆设挺好看的

早餐品种挺全，服务非常好👍房间设施也很好，重要的是酒店环境非常好，总台给升级了房间，入住体验很棒。到吉首旅游的话推荐入住哦！停车方便

酒店位置很好，火车站和汽车北站5路公交车直达，打车也很方便，设施和客房服务人员很好。早餐一点都不好吃，住二天都是一样的东西，入住时前台的值班经理人很好，但是第二天因为没有空调房间里温度27度找前台，等了二个小时来了一个值班经理说现在没空调，用电风扇吹吧或者开窗通风也很好，无语了，住了很多次酒店第一次碰到这么一个值班经理这么说话的。这点有损于五星酒店的形象。需要好好培训如何待客。

房间免费升级。有室外、室内两个游泳池，一个衡温25度、室内28度，考虑周到。中餐厅家常菜价格适中做工超好。周边环境、酒店设施、服务都一流。没想到小小吉首有这么好酒店，到访吉首住宿首选。
