这是一个按五星级打造的酒店，周围环境、服务的软件和硬件都不错，我原只是订了一晚，后看条件不错，性价比高，我就再加订一晚，我认为这是吉首最好的酒店。更令我感动的是，服务员打扫卫生很贴心，看我洗了很多衣服，主动帮我利用卫生间的晾衣线，把衣服晾起来，这让我感到很温暖，也反映了酒店的管理很不错。我现把服务员留下的字条晒出来，以示表扬
