酒店硬件可以，软件很差。
3月25日凌晨4点多，吉首凯莱大酒店20楼报警器响起，惊醒后打电话给酒店，5分钟后无果，再打。还是说有通知人来看一下。但还是没有见人。衣着不整下楼通报，前天人淡漠回应，我无言以对，带安保人员再上楼。警报解除。但我睡意全无。
今天退房，值班经理的态度，大概是觉得我太过敏感。
