一次非常愉快的入住，不论设施、卫生和室内设计都非常好，尤其是房间的设计风格现代与民族风情的融合，非常有情调，总台的服务员小张服务周到细致，老公说下次还要来住。

酒店完美，无可挑剔。从凤凰古城晚上开车过来，到达10点钟，大厅内服务态度非常好，环境优雅有淡淡清香扑鼻。酒店入住后赠送一杯咖啡，虽然因为时间关系，最后离店没有来得及喝，但是早餐真是很丰富，中餐西式甜点都有，还有寿司刺身和现煮的面与粉，饮料和水果味道也很赞。饭店负一楼有室内与室外泳池，10月份游泳略冷，没有下水，但是环境是很好的。离得吉首市政府和广场很近，早餐后散步去古城也很好。
