You do need a deposit but staff are informative. Staff had no problem holding my luggage. Everything clean. Curtains let a bit of light in so maybe early risers appreciate that. The location is great for single men, families less so. Shuttle to Nana station available. Price is good. I like it

My 3rd stay at this hotel...and my last. E3ception refused to find help to carry my 4 bags to my room. The aircon would not adjust and started to rattle in the night. This hotel has gone way down.

Staff were great help. Booking taxis to attractions helping wih luggage. Pointing out the dis and do nots security was top and had no troubles. Will be staying here again. I would suggest this hotel for its night life entertainment. House keeping was 10/10

I stayed in this hotel 6 time and I will be back again. Locations is the plus, because is close to everything. From night live to days activity. Staff are another big plus, from check in all day the way up to cleaning crew . All friendly and smile all the time and take care of your needs. Help at the lobby is another plus. Overall everything is good.
