酒店设施设备齐全，环境乾净整洁，位置很方便在市中心，步行可到达避暑山庄等景点，出门吃饭去景点都很近，前台晶晶姑娘服务很好还帮忙免费升级了房型真是太感谢了使我们在旅途中得到很好的休息环境，酒店自肋早餐出品丰富，感谢每一位希尔顿员工都让我感受到优质的服务。

酒店就在市中心，安全、衞生、淡季价格很便宜。离避暑山庄很近，走路去就行，大厅还提供热茶水，非常贴心，charlie服务热情周到，前台还送了小零食，非常满意！

这家酒店真的很好，地理位置特方便，出门找吃的、坐车都省事。房间收拾得乾乾净净，床睡着舒服，热水够热、空调也不吵前台服务热情，办手续快，有啥问题都耐心解答。性价比挺高，下次来还住这！

这次入住酒店体验超棒！位置就在避暑山庄附近，出行特别方便。房间乾净整洁，床品柔软舒服，隔音效果也不错，一夜睡得很安稳。前台服务热情周到，有问必答。整体性价比很高，下次来承德还会选这里！

酒店前台陈建很热情，也很周到，帮我们找车位，拿行李。酒店地理优越就在市中心，距离避暑山庄很近，前厅还提供热茶和咖啡，房间乾净衞生，三层还有健身房和洗衣房，非常不错的一家酒店！
