The hotel service was warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and tidy, the rooms were cozy and spacious, the hotel location was excellent, the housekeeping staff were friendly, the front desk staff were also very welcoming, and the room prices were very reasonable – great value for money! I had more than one comfortable and pleasant stay experience.

被红薯种草的，两晚上説实话各方面都挺好，有一点就是热水壶，使用的时候里面有很多飞尘，可能是很多客人不怎么用，但也要注意清洁哦。中间不小心床单和板凳弄脏了，很快有人过来处理，处理结果告知也很及时，很好的服务。即使是两晚连住，保洁阿姨看到打扫房间标识来的也很迅速，好评

为成都都之行添满分的酒店体验????
家庭圣诞节旅游，找到Fraser品牌在金融岛的酒店入住，喜欢他静中带旺的地理优势，周边都是金融区，环境舒适， 10分钟的车程，就去到几个超级大商场和闹市，非常方便。
重点是，从check-in开始，就体验Fraser酒店的专业和以客为本的服务态度：
接待我们的是Selina, 还有碰到经理Fiona，我们每个问题，每个需求，他们都细心聆听，用心解答，感觉真的很温暖。
后来在早餐厅碰见Fiona，他记得我们的名字，真是很惊喜哦。
家庭来玩，一定再找他们这家酒店！

免费升级了2室一厅的房间，但是我们仍然只用了一间房。
装修很好，几乎无可挑剔，细节到位。

Great value for your money!! The location was perfect! Room is huge, equipped with all the amenities you’d need and even has a washing machine in it. It was a very quiet environment, close to the global center.
I would stay here again if I ever visited Chengdu just to enjoy all the amenities to the fullest because I didn’t get the chance to. ??
