酒店新，设施齐全，有全套的西门子电器，参加烘干机、烤箱，适合带娃的家庭入住。我们这次一家四大两小出行订了两居室、标间各一。酒店有婴儿床，还不错，洗碗机没有配洗碗粉可以改进。酒店没有婴儿澡盆，建议加上。早餐品种不算多，但也够吃，周边环境安静，附近就是环球中心。酒店Ken在预定过程中给予了很多帮助，点赞

房间硬件设施、环境、服务都非常不错，房间无异味，还有配有空气加湿净化器和洗衣机，窗外隔音效果很好，完全听不到外界声音。在服务上尤其前台小蔡服务特别细心，天气降温，下雨都会温馨提醒出门记得带雨伞，提示注意保暖，让人倍感温暖与体贴。
