除了位置稍稍偏了一点，其他都很完美。酒店风格一如其他洲际，绿化超棒。泳池、早餐自助和拿破仑小屋都很好。入住赠送水上乐园门票，可以抽一下午玩个痛快。

位置偏，晚上到酒店门口无人，进去也没人问津。最主要酒店早餐差到想骂人，而且一米2的小孩要另外收99元早餐费。收钱了还没什么吃的，是住过所有大酒店最差级别的早餐，心情很不爽。酒店类摆渡车无法随叫随到，退房中午等了20分钟才有车。服务人员态度很一般，基本谈不上有什么服务态度！成都之行最大的错误就是这家酒店订错了

出行很不顺利，晚上空调漏水，通知前台修理，也安排了换房，但是服务人员来得很慢，关键是又没有把房卡给我，只是把房间打开给我们住而已。结果第二天说原先的房卡用不了，新房卡又没给我们，导致我们不能换票去海洋乐园。这么大的酒店，不算便宜的房费，如此跟不上的服务，实在叫人寒心。
