出行很不顺利，晚上空调漏水，通知前台修理，也安排了换房，但是服务人员来得很慢，关键是又没有把房卡给我，只是把房间打开给我们住而已。结果第二天说原先的房卡用不了，新房卡又没给我们，导致我们不能换票去海洋乐园。这么大的酒店，不算便宜的房费，如此跟不上的服务，实在叫人寒心。

酒店很有人情味儿，我订了两天豪华房两天行政房，酒店给我四天都升级了行政，这样就不用拖着大包小包领着孩子搬来搬去的了！服务员会主动问询洗不洗衣服，我认为评价上说这里服务不好甚至房间不干净的人好像是派来干坏事的吧，虽然不是给我主动升级的，但我也很感激，呃……既然带孩子来了就要接受这个酒店的定位，一看贵的让自己不解恨就污蔑人家不值得还说什么损坏酒店名声的话，真的真的是心态问题，这里真的不至于你们说的那么差哦，比一般五星好点的，我应该算很挑的人了，一个人带儿子都要住套件的人不比你们作吗？总体感觉不错的，带孩子来吧宝妈们

入住的时候人超多，带着两个孩子实在不便，商务中心一帅哥，人好态度超好，不仅及时帮我办理了入住，还免费赠送了早餐，升级了成了套房，感到心暖暖的，所以每年都要带孩子过来入住，服务，环境都是超棒的。
