我来成都之前在重庆本来有考虑住这个牌子，后来考量后决定留着成都才来住，在重庆住了丽晶酒店，价位差不多，但是尼依格罗给我的体验感真的不是一般的糟。首先我是第一次住这个品牌酒店。1、一开始问我要无烟房还是吸烟房，我说了无烟房，结果一上去就是吸烟房，打了电话在房间内等了大概几分钟，觉得头晕只好自己去找前台进行换房（这个体验在香格里拉我也试过，可是对方很快就上楼处理，这个打了电话说要核实一下）2、进房后没人讲房内设施，其实大部分酒店都不讲解啦，但是尼依格罗的按键都没有标识，窗帘那些我都只能瞎按，有些按了一半还会不动。还有第一次见床头没有纸巾。3、拖鞋滑底，我在浴缸旁摔了一大跤，然后那我的人字拖对比，发现是拖鞋滑底，写了小纸条也没人打电话解释一下，最后房间留了一个小熊猫纪念品，还蛮莫名其妙当然我还是拿走了，还有浴室里铺了很多防滑垫，。4、酒店帮忙叫车，没有任何凭据就收了我100，就算是收我高速工路费，我问过本地人最多最多也是80。而且路上基本没堵车。真的体验感非常不好。好处就是地理位置好，对面就是太古里，走几步就是春熙站去哪里都很近。风景还是挺好。床也挺舒服。
