Great luxury hotel in a fantastic central are next to Chunxi Rd and takiloo shopping centre. The staff are exceptional and extremely accommodating. We had an early train ride and were offered takeaway breakfast. Will be staying here again when coming back to Chengdu!

酒店位置好，房间宽敞乾净，服务专业，酒店音乐好听，从前台到客房服务都很细心周到。
前台小珠服务好，提前打电话确认行程和需求，後面升级了房间。
客房服务也是有求必应。
早餐半自助式，食材新鲜。点单的时服务员也会提供意见。服务员都很专业，我们来得晚，门口女生还跑了几步迎接我们。
在周边换了几个酒店住，该酒店住的最舒服，宾至如归。继续保持！下次会继续选择该酒店，体验其他服务。

房间很不错 必须要表扬一下打扫衞生的阿姨 开夜床之後还会再来收拾一次 特别棒 房间打扫的特别好 希望酒店可以看到这条给阿姨发福利！

服务热情，交通便利，逛街吃东西点外卖都超级方便，价格在当地虽然不算便宜，但是服务质量的确挺不错。酒店免费提供的商场VIP服务，有空可以试试，起初以为免费都很糊弄，但试了几家都很耐心热情。下次还来。

酒店地理位置非常好，进出都很方便，礼宾小哥哥帮忙拿行李和送行李都非常主动，前台小朱办理入住也都很贴心，感觉所有工作人员都非常nice，包括一楼的礼宾，问了地铁站怎麽走，他还特意追出来，非常详细的告知了我们路线，很感动，客房服务也都很棒，在加床後，马上把房间所有的东西都加成了三套，很贴心，酒店景观很喜欢，俯瞰整个太古里。因为想要尝试本土的小吃，所以赠送的礼遇也都没有使用。

?这次入住非常愉快。房间非常敞亮，正对太古里，地理位置非常中心，出行方便！入住的前几日就有专门的管家，提前联系询问住房细节要求。?服务我的Fairy热情专业，?入住的三晚期间，有任何需求她都会及时回应并且一一满足，?酒店私人管家的服务方式非常好！??离店後送错的快递，Fairy 还帮助协办，太贴心了。?还有Lily，也是服务细致、周到的好员工。酒店对软服务这块非常重视，给到宾至如归的感受，下次来成都还是会选择尼依格罗。?

One of my favourite hotels during my month-long trip across China. Guest accommodation and hygiene standards were consistently excellent, and everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully run. The room view made the stay even more memorable.
