酒店位置很好，服务也不错，但房间很大一股潮味，换了房间也有，开了除湿机噪音大，并且会很干，睡了一晚口干舌燥，无奈连住两晚不能退。房间窗帘设计的是电动百叶窗，看着很高档，但及其不实用，拼接有缝隙，透亮，不能睡懒觉。总之很不好的入住体验，不值1500+

入住的时候发现房间有一些小瑕疵，然后反馈给酒店之后，酒店的处理非常得体，让我印象深刻，房间升级至太古里景观房间，全程至退房，一共收到有三次道歉，所以，尽管有个小瑕疵，依然给出5分的高分。
房间大小就是刚好，不过地理位置真的无敌，迷你吧内的软饮免费，送的水果也都很甜，趴在长沙发上喝着冷饮，看太古里真的很舒服。
对男性来说，洗浴用品有点太香了……

酒店服务非常好，帮忙拉行李，每个工作人员都会热情的打招呼。酒店还配备有大码的拖鞋，这是很多酒店没有的。酒店的位置非常好，就在太古里旁边，IFS楼上，离地铁口也非常近。

景色很棒，躺在沙发上朝上看就是蓝蓝的天空，往下看是繁华的太古里。游泳池虽然挺漂亮，但是有点小，而且服务人员似乎着急下班，还有5分钟才应该关门，她就提前关门了，最后没办法把泳衣甩干。
房间里卫生间的镜子是带加热功能的，特别实用，这样卫生间一直是暖暖的。
