成都数一数二贵的酒店，服务和设施是数一数二的差。工作日晚上九点到店，告诉我没有无烟房，去到房间就像是***，不接受给我换了一个无烟房，进去就像是小旅馆一股霉味，叫来经理投诉才换到一个所谓套房。只想说服务和设施真的很差，完全不值这个价。下次住君悦好了。

酒店的软硬件都很好，从门童到前台接待，从餐厅到客房服务，态度都非常友好，酒店对面就是太古里，周边都是商业，非常的方便，只是退房时赶很早的飞机，酒店说准备的早餐盒忘记了，略微美中不足。但总体体验很好，下次来成都还会入住。
