这次来成都出差特意选了怡心湖日航，体验感拉满。
关於服务： 必须给五星。前台办理入住很快，还贴心地询问了对房间位置的要求。入住期间遇到的每一位工作人员都会主动点头致意，服务效率极高，响应很快，这种日式管家式的服务在成都确实很有竞争力。
关於硬件： 酒店非常新，装修完全没有异味。房间里的各种设施都很现代，衞生间乾湿分离做得很好，马桶、花洒这些细节都能看出品牌控。
关於环境： 就在怡心湖边上，视野无敌。早起在湖边散个步，或者在房间里看日落，氛围感绝了。

非常感谢宾客务经理Amber在圣诞平安夜安排的惊喜升级。升级的套房景观很好，空间设计也非常合理。来这家酒店非常多次了，最爱的就是酒店的温控系统，冬天非常暖和且没有噪音。泳池也非常的棒。整体硬件设施在这个价位上没有对手。

非常棒的酒店，简洁乾净，服务好。商务出行，时间有限，其实还包括了洗衣，桑拿等服务，但没有体验，早餐不错，下次还会再住。

Unfortunately, the hotel as right now is quite far from omotenashi concept it has. The hotel itself is newly built and has hands down great Japanese-style design of all public places. Rooms are also beautiful, despite very strange Japanese sockets instead of Chinese one ( the room has only 1 (!) local socket in bathroom). Why it was done - huge secret for me. Swimming pool is nice, but staff there cannot provide swimming caps smoothly, showers get easily clogged, though facilities are new. Reception process is also very hectic, especially on the check in stage - wait time for this number of people (very moderate at 23.00) was totally unacceptable for 5 star. The process itself was not smooth as well.
Last points are the best and the worst parts of the hotel.
The best is breakfast, which was very good both in terms of variety and quality of food. At the Nikko hotels level that I have stayed in Japan. Nothing bad to say about everything related to food.
The worst part is location - as of May 2025 - it is simply construction site all around the hotel. It is hard to get to the hotel, hard to order taxi as it takes a lot of time to find a way to you. If you come via taxi, 3 out 4 times we were brought to the building next by and need to go through the underground parking to get to the hotel, as normal passage is blocked by construction. Just get across the street to the mall on the opposite side of the road is 1.5 km walking. So you are literally isolated from the rest of the city. I have booked this hotel due to May holidays peak prices and relative proximity to the area around Global trade center mall, but due to the road repairs it also have taken far more time than it should. All in all, may be if you want a hotel for a night to have a rest between you r long transfer flights and are not going into the city - it is ok option. Other than that - I would not recommend at this point of time.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nikko Chengdu! This lovely and luxurious hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome,everyone spoke English and was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay.The breakfast and dinner buffets were impressive, offering a great variety of Western cuisine alongside local options, which we really appreciated. Their pool is absolutely amazing! Everything was well-maintained, and they provided lockers, slippers, and fresh warm towels.
We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back again!!!!
