本次带孩子成都之行，酒店是一大遗憾。
该酒店只有赢利的心，没有服务的心。与五星级酒店不匹配，不推荐入住，建议相关部门重新评定星级。
提前预订酒店时电话咨询酒店4岁小孩是否需要单独购买早餐，其表示需要。但现场实际情况是不需要。浪费客人三天早餐费138*3
