总体感觉不错，接机的师傅很负责，房间布置孩子很喜欢，自助餐也很不错。家人反应就是泳池设施不太满意。

很不错的酒店，虽说早餐品种不多，但味道不错👍，是我喜欢的口味，出行也很方便，步行到杜甫草堂只需15分钟左右，去宽窄巷子打车大概15块左右，我是推着婴儿车步行过去差不多40分钟左右，酒店边上有仁和春天百货商场，超市在商场负一楼，买什么东西都很方便，附近吃的东西也很多，火锅我觉得酒店对门有一家就非常好吃了😋，名字叫巴蜀大当家，环境一般，但是火锅好吃，以后去成都，还是会继续选择仁和春天酒店

酒店没得说态度好，什么都好，提一下艺龙当时通过艺龙订的酒店，并告知艺龙房型需求，迟迟没有解决问题，艺龙一位客服尽然让我和酒店协商？那我还通过你艺龙订房干嘛？还好酒店称得上五星级酒店，最后得到了解决，通过艺龙订房没有得到任何帮助和优惠反而却增加了七八百费用，以后真的要再考虑其他得订房软件了，多年来对艺龙的好感，在心中一落千丈！！！
