服务非常好，订酒店时孩子看中酒店房间里有帐篷，就选这一间，到达酒店后发现所订的订单原来不包含这种房型，孩子很失望，而酒店的客房经理了解后马上协调换房，两位工作人员来帮忙搬行李，孩子在新的房间看到好玩的帐篷，及所送的小熊猫玩偶非常开心。当我老婆发烧需要体温计时，客房的服务人员很快送来，第二天，细心的客服还多留了两瓶饮用水给我们。每天下午还有水果赠送。总之，我们非常满意和感谢酒店的温馨服务。

环境，设施什么的挺好的。
丢了东西在酒店，前台也很热心的帮忙找到，邮寄了过来，非常感谢。
有一点我觉得还可以改进一下，马桶不是智能马桶，感觉有点落后了。
总的来说还是不错，值得下次光顾。
