早餐超给力，升级了景观行政房，还可以免费加床，下午茶也很棒，服务员也很热情，两家人亲子家庭出游，酒店位于五一广场，市中心最繁华地段，仅需步行就可以到达东街口和三坊七巷，两家人出行带了老人小孩，酒店还帮忙叫了商务快车，服务真心给力！早餐时间，酒店领导还到餐厅送新春祝福，真心感谢，祝酒店全体人员新年快乐，酒店越办越好！

来福州出差，冲着香格里拉品牌的名气和地理位置来的，果然没令我失望！到的比较晚，前台非常nice，帮忙升级到豪华阁的房间，也是很幸运了！一进房间发现已经送了一份水果，接着客房服务员还送了一碗红豆汤！酒店的自家外卖出品也是很良心了，太饿了一下吃光了都忘了拍照…浴室里还有为女生准备的化妆棉，这个大大的赞～第二天早上在豪华阁吃的早餐，景色很棒，食物也好吃，服务员小姐姐都很热情可爱呢～下次来福州还会再来的
