入住的房间是高层，视野好，房间干净，洗涑用具周到，有卸妆棉，太棒了！入住前还挺犹豫的，到达时候，酒店在市中心，出行方便，入住办理前台服务Alina热情接待并介绍了酒店的服务，期间服务的tony主动热情，整体给人舒适愉快。很巧退房办理又是Alina，关心咨询了解入住体验，不错啦！不过酒店是有一定年限，寝具，床具等都有些陈旧，建议翻修了。

很糟的服务，前台女的接待可以，第二天男的接待同样的问题问三遍，不知是在想其他问题还是有问题。入住涮卡3500元。消费2干元退房说1000多元马上退到你账上，第二天沒收到，再打电话去问改口说要1个星期左右。一个品牌星级酒店，福州的就这么差吗？
