首次入住该酒店，感觉很好，宾至如归，特别是李红等服务员，热情周到细致，客房餐饮很好，到观光景点三坊七巷很近很方便，值得推荐，下次来福州还选香格里拉酒店。

一系列的服务热情感欠佳，房型小，早餐相当的不丰富，令我失望。早餐在几楼入住时前台确实告知了，这个要承认，但是客人忘记或者记错也是可能的，但是酒店内，电梯内看到吃早餐在几楼的温馨提示。跑了最下面几层楼都错了，不得不再走到前台，再去22楼。已经明显落后于洲际的服务，得改变了
