一直很喜欢这个品牌，因为自己行程的原因临时修改了预订。酒店很给力，不仅给修改了预订知道带孩子，还帮忙升级了房型并在房间配了儿童洗漱用品和儿童书籍还有积木。前台服务很热情，到了房间，小朋友乐坏了，送了水果和热乎乎甜汤，酒店周围景很不错。因为当天是小年，第二天早上用了早餐就到旁边的定光寺祈福了！离三坊七巷也很近，很不错的酒店，今年过年还会继续选择入住。

整体感觉不错，客房和餐厅设施有点陈旧，但服务员态度好。早餐种类齐全，到位，就是餐错互相挨得太近，有点排排坐的感觉

到酒店先开的房位置不好，有持续不断的噪音，严重影响休息，后来向客服申请换房，有得到及时调整

预定的是下午6点入住酒店（已付担保金），实际也差不多6点到的，可办理入住手续时被告知目前没有空余房间或房间正在打扫中。按道理讲，我订了6点的房间，我到时应该给我提供已经准备好的房间，而且我是准时到的，没有提前。按规定如果我订好房间后未入住，会扣我一晚的房费作为违约，那你酒店未按照约定时间给我房间也是不是算你违约呢，是否也应该对我补偿呢。契约精神应该约束的是双方，作为五星级酒店请也承担起你的责任，而不是仅仅以道歉了事。
