Absolutely stunning location with several excellent onsite restaurants. The accommodation is beautiful, modern and well maintained with all luxuries provided. The service from the reception staff, cleaning staff and hospitality staff was beyond exceptional. We will returning shortly and plan to do so several times in the near future.

Amazing few days with family. A 4yrs old kid and parents. The experience is fantastic. The resort is located in a middle of mountain and maintained perfectly. Air is really fresh and many facilities and programs to be entertained. Service is perfect. May and Suki helped a lot. Thank you again, I know it’s not easy. I love to be in nature for a weekend.

本次两日游，因遇雨天，很多户外项目游玩都有不便，文诗姐姐与婉怡姐姐还是对我们照顾周到，陪伴的路程上很亲切健谈，尽管下雨，但也为我们安排好景点，一路陪伴我们游玩！希望园区日後设施越来越完善，增加备用的一次性雨衣，增加小月龄孩子的游玩设施，更新室内波波池设施

房间很乾净，环境清幽，水和饮料配备充足。红茶和咖啡都很好喝！所有工作人员都很有礼貌，服务周到！早餐很好吃！
本来一切都很美好，可惜周一晚上两点多被山上工地吵醒，机器的低频声时不时的喇叭声很要命，一夜没睡好。真搞不懂为什麽大半夜开工

第一次来，身边很多朋友都来过亲子游了，没想到国庆来，这人流量出乎意料刚刚好，很舒适，不算特别多人！
特别满意的是研学活动和管家服务，走哪里车哪里，但是国庆人多，挺多人包车服务的，所以在日夕苑等车比较久，来回酒店有一点点不方便！
研学活动特别好，因为是来两天的，报得比较多，但是活动地址每次找半天，地图上没有的，有些在溪谷营地，而我们住真意帐篷，距离超远，需要开车，後期园方可改进备注一下，这样就不会临时去不了，体验感更好。
最满意的是，家里人临时生病发烧了，让管家跑腿了几回拿被子，枕头，还帮忙安排深夜买了退烧药，实在不容易，管家服务满分！
孩子玩得特别开心，研学活动+上各项游乐项目，孩子説还要今年继续来几回，很满意！
已经推荐身边人过来游玩，如果跟我一样犹豫的，周末来，有研学活动，特别推荐！！！
