感觉一般、酒店毛巾洗得不是很干净，建议自带。温泉还不错，就是感觉设施比较老了点儿。这个酒店外观我倒是喜欢，简洁现代。

很愉快的一次入住体验，非常棒。服务超级贴心，傍晚的时候服务员还来整理床铺，送水果和烧开水，服务很细致。温泉也比较方便，游泳池和大泡池都有，还有十几个功能不同的小泡池。酒店内有公园，很幽静，早餐也不错。停车方便。还会再去！

去过很多次，干净服务好，温泉的水每天都换，值得信赖。一楼的书吧不错，焦糖布丁每日现做，值得推荐，住店还赠送咖啡一杯。

第三次到文轩苑了，给我感受最深的是服务。服务员态度好，需要什么，都尽量帮忙，带了个一岁的宝贝，洗澡需要洗澡盆，一个电话就帮我找来了，感动！这地方人不太多，安静，空气好，很舒心。温泉池不多也就十个左右吧，有游泳池。卫生好啊，还送水果，下次也会再过来住。
