酒店不错，主要是艺龙这个软件不行，我在携程订的房贵艺龙两百块，包早晚餐，在艺龙订同样的房便宜两佰块，但只有早餐，没有包晚餐，晚餐自己去买票，一位一百九十块，算到来比携程还贵。打电话去问艺龙的客户，你他娘叫得比我还大声，这也叫客服、这也叫服务吗？评论完马上卸载掉你艺龙APP，先去学会什么叫服务吧！

非常开心的一次短途旅游，安排的房间景色很好，设施也比较新，房间很大。服务总体不错，当餐厅知道那天是我妈妈生日时候，还送了小礼物，还有一个生日蛋糕，妈妈非常开心。

前台：接待人員表達能力、理解能力有待提高
自助餐：週末168的價錢還算可以，品種比較多，刺身、海鮮新鮮
溫泉：只能說不過不失，泳池好小，溫泉池水不算清
早餐：訂房（含雙早）基本的酒店早餐，沒有太大特別，味道不錯
PS：餐廳服務員服務有待提高，收盤子時倒到客人滿身汁還懵然不知！！！

已经是第二次来这家酒店了，温泉池子很多，房间够大，网速也很快。早餐品种丰富，平时来泡泡温泉放松休息一下很棒！目前从化镇的整顿工作基本结束了，道路情况不错。有建议就是酒店可以增加一些娱乐或休闲活动，比如提供健身器械、增加休息室的视频内容等等。
总体来说相当好，下次泡温泉应该还是首选～
