5星的价格，卫生跟不上，浴室好像有半年没刷过，边边角角碰到是滑的，恶心之余还担心滑倒。泡池也是看着不怎么样，一句话就是和干净搭不上边。由此看出，酒店外观富丽堂皇，里面管理不行。

第二次来这间酒店，服务态度确实不错，这次住的是银座13楼，阳台望出去的环境一流，对正江景，还有晚上的灯饰衬托下更加赞，但新年的价格就有点高了。还有要吐槽一下艺龙，明明显示有双床的，订好房后第二天又说只有大床了，感觉被骗了，虽然说补送了双人晚餐，但儿子要补票188元才能进去，自助餐也不好吃，有些人好像成个星期没吃饭，跟抢似的，有那么好吃吗？
