入住当天，本地人刚好办婚礼，感觉酒店人员有点忙不过来。刚到酒店，有点下雨，门口的一个平头工作人员不让我们停在门口，老公跟他说了有两个小孩，下了车就会开走，他还一直在旁边让开走。这就奇怪了，酒店客人不都在门口下车吗？行李员也是前台喊了才过来退行李，其他人态度都还好，不知道是不是天冷，都有点慢半拍的感觉！加床了让送相应的东西也比较慢，没有配送相应的被子，拖鞋和浴袍。感觉服务对不起这个价格啊！

酒店非常好，门前的路修好了，焕然一新，酒店前的栈道也基本修好，沿路可以揽流溪河景色。大堂气派，房间大，有五星级酒店的标准。早餐也丰富，虽然人多，还是补充得及时的。服务挺好的，从入住开始，到吃早餐，我们早餐位置刚走开去拿东西吃，被其他客人坐了，立即有个服务员主动过来咨询解决，赞一个。但温泉一般啦，空中的温泉质量就这样。另外房间自带温泉阳台风太大了，不像其他酒店会设计挡风板。住的银座的河景房景观最好，总体还是不错的，值得推荐亲友过来。

酒店服务非常好，环境一流，服务一流，温泉一流，不过昨晚住的房间厕所有异味，服务员来点了香熏
