首先看着是万豪国际集团 想都没想就定了 可是前台的服务太差了 除了问题只会推给第三方公司 那我还来你们酒店入住有何用 入住时我等了40分钟 因为订单问题 我忍了 走的时候不能开发票 还不能提供账单 又浪费我20分钟时间 我要赶早班机 我不知道你们是什么意思 不止我一个人生气的走掉了 另一个外籍客人也是崩溃的走掉了 房卡两次不能使用 楼层没有公共电话 我需要自己下楼取换两次 酒店工作人员到不少 但是都在坐着 玩手机 一点服务意思都没有 不会再考虑该酒店了
