酒店前台人员业务能力有待提高。办理入住时各种反应迟钝，报姓名说没预定，给酒店预订号也查不到，折腾半天最后说他把姓名搞错了！（瞬间黑线）。房间入住挺满意。

我订的是套房，办理手续时我说要双床，也没有跟我说明套房是没有双床的就给了我一间单房，上到房间才发现不是我要订的那仲房，经过沟通换回套房，房间只有一件浴袍，没有备用的被子，好在打电话后都给送来，服务员态度很好，厕所不够通顺，半夜还要服务员上来通厕所，洗手盆的出水也是不好的，做为一间五星酒店存在这些问题实在是不应该的，好在楼层的服务人员态度很好，弥补了这个缺陷 ，位置优越，就在地铁口，往粤秀公园和火车站都很方便
