对于五星级酒店来说，设施已经完全达不到这个标准，老旧，浴缸的排水阀都坏了，而且看上去是坏了很久没人修。马桶冲水很慢，淋浴间排气不通畅，老人在里面冲凉或者泡浴不通风是很有风险的。服务态度真的很一般，说不上哪里有过分的地方，但也远远达不到五星级酒店的标准，对外宾及港澳人士态度明显殷勤起来。卫生方面，我在自助早餐青菜那里看到一根头发，立刻恶心的不敢夹了。餐具有些湿漉漉的，显然还没消毒。好的方面：酒店的设计仍然保留了一些中国元素的特色。
