酒店环境非常好，交通非常方便，酒店房间卫生干净， 房间空间很大，酒店的服务人员态度很好又周到，设备齐全，离越秀公园很近，出行很方便，离地铁很近，还有机场大巴，周边吃饭的地方也很多。酒店环境很好，设施很好。

酒店的环境和位置都很好，早餐自助在国内五星酒店中属于上乘水准，四季厅的早茶不错，环境好，安静。食街的服务稍有些怠慢大概我们就餐的时间有些晚，东西还是好吃的，总之，我到广州还愿意再次入住。
