一直在外，才来评价。酒店交通便利，地处榕湖边上，位置上佳，装修很有艺术意境。特别值得一提的是服务员个个都热情周到，尤其是西安籍的小帅锅晚上陪我们游‘两江四湖’时专业的讲解，别的游客还以为是我们请的专业导游，第2天放弃休息帮我们提行李并送至公交车站，非常感动！

這次到桂林。進駐這家精品酒店，酒店非常有藝術格調。服務非常好，房間裝修古香古色。有歐式風格。地理位置也很好。在蓉湖邊上。房間可以望到湖景色。十分舒適。唯一不足的就是，酒店沒有停車塲。

就在榕湖边上，由茶楼改建而成，看得出老板用心经营，所谓的榻榻米就是飘窗改建的，没有润肤露，房间连卫生间总共只有大约20平米－－-小！小！小！性价比不高，相近的价格可以入住大公馆－－五星酒店，房间两倍大。。。。。边上还有好多性价比高的酒店。想改变一下行程少住一晚也不行。携程的不可取消订单害死人！
