先说说优点：酒店环境非常好，紧邻榕湖，从窗户看出去夜景很美，房间设计的也很有格调。不过服务水准就比较差了，入住的房间淋浴间的门卡死了，无法洗澡，找到当班服务人员，竟然让我去员工卫生间洗澡，在我的提示下才打开一间空房让我淋浴，然后再让我回原房间休息——既然有空房，为什么不给我调换一间呢？当时已经夜里十二点多了，不想争执，可是这种处理方法让我感觉很不爽。

非常有文化气息的住处～毗邻榕湖，幽静雅致～时间要是宽裕的话真想坐在床边，品茗赏景～工作人员也很热情，下次若有机会再去桂林，还会住在这里～
