酒店位置非常好，在榕湖边上，景色宜人！还送有美术馆参观，中国文化韵味很浓的酒店，服务员外语都很好，貌似主要接待老外啊！好多老外住，还赠送榕杉两湖徒步游导游，是双语导游，我们当晚只有两个家庭，一个英国家庭和我们家庭 依然用两种语言为我们讲解，态度非常好，很耐心，早晨没赶上，还为我们打包了两份，贴心啊！

酒店让人感觉很温馨，服务态度非常好，素质高，酒店装修风格古色古香，看得出老板品味脱俗，很赞！有机会还是住这儿，也强烈推荐朋友入住。

不满意，性价比很差，近600元的酒店，房间小，进门公共区域都没有冷气，电视、电话、花洒、坐便器都有问题，连衣橱、保险箱都没有，就是服务还算不错，连服务员自己都觉得房价太贵。早餐还行，景观不错。
