酒店位置好，對面馬路就是湖邊；房間有中國特色，有一個小陽台，可以給小孩單獨睡；晚上有一個免費的導賞團，帶客人沿榕湖走一遍。

酒店位置非常好，在榕湖边上，景色宜人！还送有美术馆参观，中国文化韵味很浓的酒店，服务员外语都很好，貌似主要接待老外啊！好多老外住，还赠送榕杉两湖徒步游导游，是双语导游，我们当晚只有两个家庭，一个英国家庭和我们家庭 依然用两种语言为我们讲解，态度非常好，很耐心，早晨没赶上，还为我们打包了两份，贴心啊！

酒店让人感觉很温馨，服务态度非常好，素质高，酒店装修风格古色古香，看得出老板品味脱俗，很赞！有机会还是住这儿，也强烈推荐朋友入住。
