位置极佳极佳极佳，设施极好极好极好，服务极棒极棒极棒（重要事说三遍）。
前台女客服真的是温良亲切有加，其他服务人员也很热情；位置近象鼻山、双塔，乘坐游船十分方便，紧邻步行街，餐饮各式各样；客房很舒服，早餐也不错。

亲子房房间很大，9岁老大和1岁老二在房间玩得很开心，而且晚上睡觉一家四口也不拥挤。房间整体设施不错，洗手间也很大，酒店位置非常好，象鼻山公园步行几分钟即可到达，旁边是步行街，晚上游玩两江四湖刚好在日月塔码头下船，对面就是酒店，非常适合亲子旅游，总之满意。
