垃圾！网上支付的房费，到店入住后押金刷的卡，第二天退房后到今天已经10天了，还没有到账！打电话过去还说是银行把钱冻结了，打电话问过银行了，银行根本就没有冻结，那么大个酒店缺那500块钱吗？酒店设施陈旧不说，晚上电梯还停掉，欺骗消费者的垃圾！
