我订的房答应了保留到凌晨2：00，结果晚上十点就订给其他客人了。希望酒店能遵守承诺，不要毁坏信誉。不过酒店的位置虽然有点偏，但是私家海滩还是挺美的。

酒店超值，很漂亮，房间很温馨，泳池等都很欧化，有国际水准。虽偏远点，但酒店有班车送出，也方便。以后还会住。

很偏，基本上已经变成了会议酒店了，如果是自己休假，建议不要来。硬件软件还是不错，毕竟是皇冠假日的底子。

不错，很适合度假，缺点是稍远，但作为度假的话，也可做为优点，因为没有外来闲杂人员的干扰。

1、酒店的自助早餐丰富，味道不错。午晚餐也很好。当然因为是五星的价格也很“不错”。
2、室外泳池很有特色——是高于海平面的，可以一边游泳一边欣赏海景。美中不足就是小了点、水浅了点。儿童戏水区有两个滑梯，比较有趣，但较小的孩子可能觉得有点“刺激”。
3、客房略小，但还算“五脏俱全”。
4、最大的遗憾是室外温泉在装修中，只在泳池内有一个小温泉池。
5、健身房在水疗区，设施相当不错。
6、环境等总体都不错，就是位置稍偏了点，半夜打车过去时，心里很发毛，越走越荒凉的感觉。
总体来说是家不错的酒店。

海口来说算是数一数二的酒店了,当地人也很多到这酒店度假的,唯一美中不足就是地点有些偏,还有私家海滩里很多水母,不是很合适游泳....

海口的老牌温泉五星酒店。整体环境依然个性。泰式风情。但设施已显陈旧。与三年前入住的感觉不一样了。温泉是免费的。卫生保持还可以。但房间显小。

位置很好，设施很好，服务也很温馨，尤其是温泉非常棒，且室外温泉不需门票，客人可以随便泡。春节时间去的，留下了很好的印象。
