定酒店的时候盲目了，只看到酒店外观图片好看就定了，结果离新海港一个小时车程，晚上酒店里走一圈各种惊吓！环境灯光昏暗风吹铁秋千叽叽响，太吓人了！本来打算家里装修古典中式，住了一晚这里集体同意不要装中式了，儿童乐园一点也不通风一股臭味。

酒店离美兰机场很近，下机后入住很方便。
园林式酒店，很有热带风情，设施不算太新了，但整体舒适度还是可以的。
订的池畔房，出了阳台直接入水，孩子们很喜欢。
早餐品种还算丰富，口味也不错。
入住后去门口商业街吃饭，礼宾部来回电瓶车接送，还给了优惠券，服务态度很赞。

很不错，前台办入住和退房都很热情，儿童乐园太小了没什么意思，酒店景观不错，中式园林很漂亮，动物园没找到，体验了下鱼疗，小鱼也是非常的热情。
