酒店环境不错，卫生太差，太多灰尘，小孩玩了一会就全身起疙瘩，泳池还可以，水干净，儿童乐园霉味太重，可能太潮湿，害怕带小孩在里面玩

酒店中式园林风格，环境非常清雅！服务一般，比三亚五星酒店差距还不是一点半点，前台人员不够专业、热情；酒店温泉维护中，也不在平台如实告之，特意为老人旅途最后一天安排的温泉酒店，结果很失望；看带老人还安排那么远的房间，指示牌也不清晰；小动物园不做太高要求，孩子玩玩即可~
