酒店灯光太暗，不开车不方便，大床房间其实是双人间改成大床的，最后前台有点机械了，下午快4点办理入住，安排的房间竟然没有打扫。

前台的周 寒服务态度特别好，吴曼晶帮我安排了很好的房间 酒店的自助餐也特挺实惠 ，礼宾部的送到房间里面会给介绍酒店，下次还会来住

带着小宝宝，都忘了拍照，就睡了几小时起床赶飞机，房里有好多蚊子（好在有蚊香），沐浴系统满意，大床很舒服，最棒的是隔音效果超好，园林设计也漂亮，可惜时间短暂没能游玩！

需要从美兰机场返程必住酒店，中式风格典雅大气。酒店安静植被茂密，还有小朋友喜欢的小动物，北方人没见过的木瓜树，莲雾树。餐厅早餐不错。海鲜自助晚饭虽不花哨但是性价比比三亚高。酒店机场接送也很方便。推荐美兰机场返程入住。

特别满意 出游额二十多个国家 这是值得推荐的一家酒店 大气 环境好 一点也不比国外的同类酒店差 甚至比红海的度假酒店还要大气 卫生间的玻璃门设计有待改进 应该注意隐私保护 另外台球自行车这种运动设备要是免费就更好了 早餐很好了

不得不赞下这家酒店，酒店环境很好，外观装修风格古典，有动物园，和儿童玩的娱乐活动室， 宝贝还何以喂鱼，孩子很喜欢，酒店房间干净整洁实用，有故宫的感觉，小巧精致，在此住的很舒心；酒店很大气，晚上还要歌手表演，花园烧烤，早餐也丰富，真的是让人觉得很贴心，虽然也没怎么吃喝怕长胖，哈哈；还有园区玩的好多，茶艺馆装修风格好好美；最后是房间清洁阿姨态度特别亲切！不愧为皇家园林酒店！很喜欢
