5月10日至13日入住海口鲁能希尔顿酒店6108，先说说我的奇葩遭遇再抱着中肯的态度给予评价：11日晚上开始，7108的客人穿着高跟鞋在房间里走，还拖动椅子，楼下十分难受。12日早晨6点过达到顶峰，实在无法忍受，7点多投诉到前台，之后响声更大，中午11点出门再次投诉，前台说换房，结果、就没有结果，到离店也没有换房，晚上第三次投诉，高跟鞋声音没有了，继续拖动椅子。13日离店有个经理打电话咨询入住感受，我如实说，经理给予延时退房至18点，可飞机是16点的啊！最后说送一个果盘，可是果盘呢？到现在也还未见果盘。优点：设施、设备齐全，装修高大上，每间都带阳台，三个游泳池加两个温泉池，配套儿童游乐戏水设备，绿化相当好，可以直接到海边，早晨看日出美翻天，有免费交通车到市区与机场，客房服务、工程部与泳池服务相当好！适合一家人休闲度假。缺点：位置较偏僻，适合自驾。大堂到客房的自动感应门建议贴腰带提醒客人。清理通道上的广告画（最后一张图），不然显得掉档次。阳台玻璃门太重，一般人推不开，浴室开关对于老人与孩子来说也不好用。第一天入住浴室开关就是坏的，不过工程部的人很快就来修好了！空调出风口声音有点大哦！
