听朋友说不错，周六六带着家人去感受一下，酒店的整体感觉都很好，就是空调太差劲，叫了维修人员来看，发现走走廊灯也是坏的，维修人员弄了一下说一会儿会凉，我们就打算等待一会儿，看看睡个午觉能好点不，睡得热呀，空调显示频显示26.5度，刚好酒店的客服打电话来调查我们入住酒店的感受，我如实反映了情况，客服态度很好说核实一下情况给我回复，一会儿时间客服就主动提出给我更换一间，老公不想麻烦就没有让我换，
