觉得很一般 没有定的房型给我们换了 换了个拿钥匙开门的房间 不反锁外面直接可以进来 浴室下水道还是堵住的 很失望 不值这个价

最差的服务体验，退房时说不见咖啡勺子，要赔偿，天哪，谁会拿这东西！1块钱的不锈钢勺子，还是不知道多少人用过的旧的，你会拿回家用吗？你入住会检查有没有这东西吗？口口声声说他们有配，不会有错。不想浪费时间，赔钱就赔吧。

服务太度很好，但是做为客房部务中班服务员最基本的开夜床服务员都不懂， 1.烧水壶很脏 2.房间地毯污渍多 3.卫生间不锈钢都是水印
4.浴缸很脏，进房间的第一时间去摸了一下浴缸手上都是白 18点多快19点时候有打电话给总机让服务员过来清洁和消毒
出去回来准备洗澡的时候再次摸浴缸还是一样手上白色的灰， 5.浴巾上有血的染色未洗掉，还配到房间
6.浴袍绑带上有污渍没洗掉，结果我手弄发现污渍是可以洗掉的 希望该酒店的客房卫生，服务员的操作流程都需要提高了
