酒店设施非常老旧，房间里严重的霉味，床上用品也是霉味扑鼻，我们住的16楼，水很小，洗澡都不能好好洗，年三十晚上还没有热水，后来服务人员来看了后告知要开水龙头20分钟才会有热水??还有一早上，6点多服务员来敲门问是否要退房，我真是醉了……酒店早餐品类较少，吃饱还是可以的，无功无过吧。以后到海口不会再考虑这家酒店，虽然地段算方便，离望海国际、人民公园都不远。
