在网络上预定的这个什么悠的房间，因为刚下飞机过来行李特别多，还好有个小哥哥帮忙拿，真的太感谢了，因为太热一到房间空调还没开也觉得微亮，办理入住的前台的人员一起帮忙协调给我办理了升级入住，真的，不的不说风景真的好看，交通也很便利。用餐也很方便，酒店中西式餐也有，旁边不到一百米就有两条长长的美食街，跟老公两个去吃的，也感受一下海南菜，还不错的实话，自己导航去假日海滩还会遇到大堂副理帮忙指导，晚上回酒店的时候前台一眼就认出我们了，主动说给我们刷房卡，怕消磁了。真的，很人性化服务。给前台的美女们点赞，下次如果还选择来海口绝对选择这家酒店，也想试试其他的房型。

很不错的酒店，交通便利，在秀英这边来说是一家比较高档的酒店，据前台小妹介绍这个酒店品牌有七八家酒店，很值得体验一下，出去玩酒店的大堂副理也会稍微介绍周边的环境，主要退房的时候还是很热情的小妹给我办理，总的来说对比其他酒店，这家酒店还是很热情的。前台姑娘四川小妹严婕和河南小妹微微笑容很好。制服也好看，女儿最喜欢他们头上的那个银钗，

酒店房间很棒，前台江经理吧说话很好听，接待严婕非常棒，一起的薛文峰办理也很快，省了等待的时间，大堂副理杨海也会介绍周边的景点，
