早餐可以在酒店平台购买，现在有优惠、小朋友没有一米二都免费，但是现在疫情感觉早餐没有那么好，当然比旁边的希尔顿好很多。有停车场，免费。位置就在口岸附近，方便。有小孩游泳池，这个挺好。

疫情期间突然兴起来了海口，这家万豪酒店的位置就在渡轮码头附近，还算方便。员工的服务态度也很好，免费升级了房型，还送了点心与水果

海口万豪酒店是我近几年住过最舒服最好的酒店，房间非常干净，而且视野也很好。酒店网红观景台一定要去打卡！早餐选择丰富～ 主要是，床太舒服了，想一整天都不出门那种。 前台Howard非常友善，帮我们把房间延迟到下午两点退房。总之来海口推荐这家酒店😀

酒店位置很好，离新海港码头很近，海景很美！停车也非常方便。出去不远就有一个远大购物中心，还有一个海鲜大排档，买东西吃东西都方便。房间很大，床很舒服，空调效果好。酒店的早餐很丰富，从6:30开到10:30，吃饱了连午饭都可以省了??服务热情周到，特别是一位叫刘珂苒的前台服务员，很有亲和力，让人印象深刻，而且很漂亮??总之，值得推荐，相信万豪的品质！

服务员太少，前台到入住的房间太远了，旁边会展中心二期维修，声音太吵。酒店早餐还行，房间感觉很久没人入住的感觉，一股霉味。
