不错的体验，房间不低4位数，房间环境不错，不过有一点比较失望，奔着温泉来的，结果温泉很多都是冷的池子，更衣室特别的远，不够方便，设计不合理，酒店服务挺好。

酒店设施不错，自助早餐丰富，自助正餐没有体验，日餐一般，中餐厅还可以，人多的时候排队，儿童戏水乐园孩子喜欢，出行还是有车方便，班车受时间限制不怎么方便，离机场很近，每一两个小时有巴士，九月底海口还是闷热

硬件设施相当好，感觉因为太大服务和希尔顿喜来登等五星级酒店相比还是有些欠缺。交通不太便利，但酒店提供摆渡车，值得点赞

什么都好，玩的也很开心，温泉水质不错，泡的特别舒服，但是退房之后守在大厅里的那个男服务员看见我们退房了，态度一下子变得很差，明明他前面就有电车，请他叫辆电车送我们去公交车站牌那他都不肯，最后我们走了老远还迷路了，找了老半天才找到公交车站牌，还不如那些女服务员们态度好，给那个男服务员一百万个差评。
