整体环境看起来不错，但是服务员整体素质不高，缺乏专业素养，拉低酒店影响。酒店早餐品种单一，中式餐品更是少之又少。酒店泳池分室内外，室内泳池免费，但空间小，无法畅游。室外泳池竟然要收费110元，且泳池卫生状况堪忧，泳池底甚至有貌似废弃水泥袋等物品。水上乐园品种单一。

度假村环境很好，离机场二十分钟车程。房间真的超大，水上乐园是孩子的天堂，只是对外开放管理欠妥，体验不是最好。酒店温泉不敢恭维，设计不合理，大夏天也没有兴趣！套餐中的自助晚餐还是性价比很高的！
