酒店在小区里面，环境安静优美，小区物业管理严格感觉安全，宾馆前台小姑娘服务热情有礼貌，细致周到，房间设施齐全，干净卫生，早餐不错，周边景色好看，住着舒适，有回家的感觉，周边有奥特莱斯，泰迪熊博物馆，吃饭也方便，我来海口的首选

没有五星级的豪华与设施，我是出差办公，但是觉得这个宾馆特别适合家庭或者是情侣度假，住进来的感觉让人觉得挺温馨的，有种家的感觉，卫生方面也挺不错的，早餐比较简单，但是服务特别好，周围环境也比较适合家庭或者情侣溜达溜达，晚上比较安静，离观澜湖温泉，冯小刚影视基地都不远，周围餐饮购物也挺多的，还有一个泰迪熊博物馆，NBA体验馆，进店会给观澜湖的温泉券，是一个度假的好住处。

酒店很居家，适合度假，周边环境也是棒棒哒，半夜来的，前台服务很周到，餐厅干净整洁，份餐形式的理念还是不错的，营养多样，美观节俭，值得推广！
